In the run-up to COP26, Ethex and Energise Africa hosted a webinar to discuss the issues surrounding how women particularly can become more active in investing their money to support organisations and projects that are tackling climate change and improving lives.
Currently studies have shown that just one in five women (21%) currently hold an investment, against over a third (35%) of men.
The panel of expert speakers talked about ways to empower more women to take positive action with their money.
The key advice from the webinar was to get started, however small, and ask questions.
